The carpet in my room WAS dirty. the bathroom also didn't feel clean. That was disappointing. messy wiring added to my discomfort.

The carpet was stained and needed a proper cleaning. I did not feel comfortable walking barefoot. the window was difficult to open, made the room quite stuffy.

i found the breakfast options fantastic, with fresh choices each morning i appreciated the bus stop so close because i could get back even when the underground wasn't running. our room felt spacious, giving us ample room to get ready it really added to the experience. the chef adapted a meal to be gluten-free, that was so helpful.
i noticed the carpet in the room was stained and could really use a deep clean the window also wouldn't open, making the room quite warm i mentioned this to the staff, and i hope it can be addressed.

the room was surprisingly large, it provided adequate space for relaxation and movement it had tall ceilings.

the bar downstairs was a great convenience for evening drinks it offered a relaxing atmosphere and a good selection of beverages there was also a quaint enclosed outdoor space for drinks and meals.

the location is handy for both bus and underground travel, which makes exploring the city simple kensal green station is just a short walk away, improving accessibility the hotel is in a nice area.

breakfast included high-quality, freshly prepared options i loved the lovely breakfast with yummy offerings i also adored the bar, it was amazing to have such great food.

the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay the personnel greeted us warmly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived i am grateful for the attentiveness.

the staff was super friendly and helpful. the breakfast was great. the bathroom was super clean. there was also a kettle with tea, instant coffee, and complimentary canned water. plenty of outlets were available, including usb ports. i appreciated the calm part of town with good connections to transport.
