bus stop spacious room old facility building style
the breakfast had fantastic options. a bus stop was close. it helped us get back even when the underground stopped running. the room was spacious, it gave us lots of room to get ready.
The facility felt super old. The corridor seemed a bit scary. i think it was due to the old building style. it wasn't as it was described in many reviews.

dirty carpet messy wiring
staff was friendly, which i appreciated.
The carpet in my room WAS dirty. the bathroom also didn't feel clean. That was disappointing. messy wiring added to my discomfort.

The breakfast was lovely with a good choice of items.
The carpet was stained and needed a proper cleaning. I did not feel comfortable walking barefoot. the window was difficult to open, made the room quite stuffy.

a good gem
fresh choices ample room
i found the breakfast options fantastic, with fresh choices each morning i appreciated the bus stop so close because i could get back even when the underground wasn't running. our room felt spacious, giving us ample room to get ready it really added to the experience. the chef adapted a meal to be gluten-free, that was so helpful.
i noticed the carpet in the room was stained and could really use a deep clean the window also wouldn't open, making the room quite warm i mentioned this to the staff, and i hope it can be addressed.

the location is handy for both bus and underground travel, which makes exploring the city simple kensal green station is just a short walk away, improving accessibility the hotel is in a nice area.

breakfast included high-quality, freshly prepared options i loved the lovely breakfast with yummy offerings i also adored the bar, it was amazing to have such great food.

friendly staff great breakfast super clean bathroom calm location
the staff was super friendly and helpful. the breakfast was great. the bathroom was super clean. there was also a kettle with tea, instant coffee, and complimentary canned water. plenty of outlets were available, including usb ports. i appreciated the calm part of town with good connections to transport.

The breakfast menu offered delicious dishes. i enjoyed teleworking from a table in the pub. A power plug was conveniently nearby. the location is quiet but close to public transport. Bus stops are just outside.
